Thuy Reed’s journey is one of courage and perseverance. Growing up in war-torn Vietnam, her education was cut short. But that didn’t stop her! Thuy arrived in America and, despite starting late, continued her studies.
Witnessing the hardships of war, she dedicated 12 years to urging the US to lift trade restrictions on Vietnam. Today, a successful author and former “Miss Saigon”, Thuy is committed to giving back to the country that welcomed her with open arms. Thuy’s passion for her new home goes beyond words.
